Join us as an Expert Treasury SolCo and play a key role in managing liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and supporting strategic funding decisions in a dynamic international environment. Partner with global and local stakeholders to drive treasury excellence, manage financial risks, and contribute to the company's financial success.
This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco), within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.
Your key responsibilities

Cash, Liquidity & Forecasting Management - Monitor daily cash positions, optimize liquidity, and prepare accurate short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.

Financial Risk & Funding Support - Identify foreign exchange exposures and support mitigation activities, while facilitating intercompany funding, dividends, capital structure, and working capital initiatives.

Banking & Treasury Systems Administration - Manage bank accounts, mandates, KYC documentation, and ensure effective administration and compliance of treasury and e-banking platforms.

Compliance, Controls & Audit Support - Ensure adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, and support internal and external audits.

Guarantees & Treasury Operations - Support the issuance, administration, and monitoring of guarantees and other treasury-related financial instruments.

Stakeholder Partnership & Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other local, regional, and global stakeholders to deliver efficient treasury processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or a comparable role, preferably within an international environment.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), treasury management systems, and banking platforms. Experience with Kyriba is an extra bonus for us.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial risk awareness capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
High attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
