We are looking for an Senior Accounts Payable Agent to join the DHL eCommerce Accounts Payable team.
The eCommerce Accounting team in Maastricht is young, dynamic, and enthusiastic. They are responsible for the accounting of four entities within eCommerce Benelux. As an accounts payable senior agent you are responsible for the processing and payment of all incoming 3rd party invoices for DHL eCommerce Benelux as well as responsible for the planning, backlog, quality of output and achievements of KPI's of the accounts payable team.
Key tasks:
- Processing and coding incoming invoices
- Investigating queries regarding processed invoices
- Processing recodes and investigate the request
- Performing month‑end closing, reporting, and account reconciliations
- Preparing and processing payment batches
- Ensuring a positive relationship with business partners
- Investigating bottlenecks in the process

Onboard and train new colleagues
- MBO level (economic/financial), with administrative experience in an accounting environment
- Excellent communication and strong soft skills
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- ERP system knowledge (Oracle, SAP, Basware)
- Experience with Accounts Payable processes and systems is preferred
- You are fluent in Dutch and have good command of English
