SimpledCard is looking for a gifted All-Round Visual Designer to strengthen our Marketing team and support the Product development team. Do you have a strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the ambition to help shape and guard a growing brand and nicely looking Saas-application? Then we’d love to meet you.
This is not a UX design role — it’s all about brand expression (marketing materials and our Saas application), creativity, and visual communication. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team where your eye for aesthetics and taste will make a tangible impact on how the brand shows up every day.
SimpledCard is a growing fintech company helping 700+ medium and large organizations manage business expenses with an innovative payment solution. We have our headquarters in a beautiful location, the Posthoorn church, within walking distance of Amsterdam Central Station. In addition, we also have collogues in Munich, Budapest and Belgrade. You’ll be joining a close-knit team of around 40 colleagues who are supportive, collaborative, and easy to work with.
What you’ll do as All Round Visual Designer?
- Create visual assets that bring our brand to life — from marketing campaigns to product-related materials.
- Maintain and help to evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across every output.
- Helping shape, apply, and protect our visual brand across all touchpoints
- Act as a brand guardian, keeping colors, typography, imagery, and style consistent everywhere
- Support product managers, marketers and designers by adding visual polish when needed
What we’d like you to have:
- Part-time availability to work in our office (12-24 hours per week)
- 1–3 years of experience working in a creative or design environment.
- Exceptional visual taste and aesthetic sense — this matters most to us
- Comfortable using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva
- Native or excellent Dutch — particularly in writing.
- Strong communicator with good English (for internal collaboration).
- Curiosity, flexibility, and willingness to support a wide range of design tasks
