We're dedicated to expediting the energy transition with sustainable home energy solutions accessible to all, aiming to assist 3 million households in making the transition by 2030. That's why we're looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make a tangible impact on the climate change challenge we're tackling head-on. Are you ready to rise to the challenge?
Growth is great. Unplanned growth is expensive. Quatt's sales process runs from generating a lead all the way to an installer completing a job at someone's home. Between those two moments, there's stock to order from China, installation teams to plan, and a customer waiting. When those pieces aren't aligned, cash gets tied up, timelines stretch, and margins suffer.
As S&OP Analyst, you'll be building the analytical backbone that lets Sales and Operations make smarter decisions — sitting in Finance, which gives you the objectivity to work across both.
What you'll be doing:
Demand & supply forecasting: Build and maintain rolling forecasts, translating sales pipeline data into inventory requirements, supplier lead times, and installer capacity needs.
Monthly S&OP cycle: Prepare the data, surface the gaps, and present scenario analyses that give the CFO and leadership the insight to act.
Working capital monitoring: Track inventory levels, carrying costs, and stock ageing — and flag risks before they hit the P&L.
Financial connection: Connect the S&OP forecast to the financial model, showing how operational decisions flow through to cash flow, COGS, and the balance sheet.
KPI dashboards: Track forecast accuracy, inventory turns, OTIF, and COGS variances — and build the dashboards that make them visible across the business.
Process design: Help design the S&OP process itself. This is a new function, and you'll have real input into how it works.
What you'll need:
Experience: 2–4 years in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain analytics, or FP&A — ideally at a company that holds physical stock, manages supplier lead times, and plans headcount against operational output.
Commercial instinct: You intuitively understand how a decision in Sales (a promotion, a price change, a pipeline shift) creates consequences in Operations — and you can quantify it.
Stakeholder skills: You're confident chasing data from stakeholders who are busy and not always immediately forthcoming — and you do it in a way that builds trust rather than friction.
Backbone: When the numbers point to an inconvenient truth, you present it clearly and without drama. You have the confidence to say it, and the communication skills to say it well.
Analytical toolkit: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets is non-negotiable. SQL is highly preferred.
Ambiguity tolerance: You thrive in an environment where the process you're running is the one you're also building.
Language: Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
Nice to have:
Experience with NetSuite or Snowflake.
Background in hardware, manufacturing, or a scaling consumer business — you'll have a feel for what physical supply chains look like under growth pressure.
