Project Management Officer (PMO)
Based in Rotterdam’s iconic Van Nelle Factory, ONEXP is a boutique integrator that builds advanced audiovisual and IT systems for the world’s most elite superyachts and luxury residentials. We’re a mix of seasoned veterans and fresh talent, all driven by a shared DNA: Ownership, No-nonsense, and Excellence.
At any given time, we run at least five complex, high-stakes projects simultaneously across various global sites. These projects are led by a team of experienced Project Managers who are now looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to join their ranks to bring order to the system, and master the space between plan and execution.
The Role
This role is for someone who realises that a project doesn't just fail or succeed at the finish line. It succeeds in the trenches of daily administration, rigorous tracking, and relentless coordination. It’s about shaping process, capturing workflow, assuring strict follow-ups, and managing every single detail in between. When things change rapidly, your brain kicks into gear to keep the wheels turning seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
- Flawless Project Administration: Take full ownership of the project documentation, ensuring that every file, milestone, change request, and administrative detail is perfectly tracked and up to date.
- Capture and Create Processes: Look at how we work, document the chaos, and build clear, repeatable frameworks that our teams can rely on. You will design the operational roadmaps that keep our projects synchronised.
- The "Everything In-Between" Coordination: This speaks for itself
- Deep-Dive Research: Conduct targeted research and gather critical information for the Project Managers when complex project requirements demand a deeper look.

The Logistics
- Location: Rotterdam region (Van Nelle Factory).
- Requirements: This role is strictly open to candidates with an EEA nationality who already reside in the Rotterdam region. Please note that we do not offer visa or relocation support.
