Als Receptionist & Facilitair Host ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt, het kloppend hart van de werkplek en de persoon die ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je rapporteert aan de Facility Coordinator en bent de sleutel tot een uitmuntende werkplekervaring.
Wat ga je doen?
Jouw rol is een unieke mix van hospitality en praktische ondersteuning. Je bent de onmisbare schakel die zorgt voor een soepele en prettige dag op kantoor.
Het stralende middelpunt: Je begroet en assisteert kandidaten, nieuwe medewerkers, leveranciers en bezoekers met een warme glimlach en wijst hen de weg.
De Centrale Verbinder: Je bent het centrale punt voor alle communicatie. Je beheert de telefoon en e-mail, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie vlekkeloos doorstroomt.
De betrouwbare coördinator: Je beheert bezoekerspassen, parkeerkaarten en kantoorartikelen.
Wie ben jij?
We zoeken een enthousiaste professional die van aanpakken weet en een passie heeft voor service. Jij herkent jezelf hierin:
Je hebt ervaring in een gastvrije rol, bijvoorbeeld als Hotel Receptionist of in een kwalitatieve, klantgerichte omgeving.
Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA: je bent representatief, communicatief sterk en probleemoplossend.
Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
Je bent zelfverzekerd, cultureel bewust en kunt goed overweg met Microsoft Office.
Een MBO opleiding in de richting van Hotelmanagement of Facility Management is een grote pré.
Wat bieden wij jou?
Een dynamische en afwisselende functie waar je echt het verschil kunt maken voor in ieder geval 2 dagen per week (dinsdag en vrijdag). De mogelijkheid is er om meer dagen te werken, dit kan voor 24/28/32 uur.
De kans om te werken voor JLL op locatie bij een toonaangevend, internationaal bedrijf.
Een stabiele functie met vaste werktijden van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
