About the role
As a Technical Account Manager Appetizers, you will play a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction and ensuring consistent product quality across the appetizers portfolio. You will operate in an international manufacturing environment where quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
In this position, you are the primary technical contact for customers on all quality-related matters. You combine technical expertise to ensure products and services consistently meet customer expectations and business objectives.
You will work closely with customers, production teams, R&D, supply chain, and commercial stakeholders to drive product quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
What will you do?

Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding quality-related topics

Manage product specifications, technical documentation, and customer information

Support commercial teams during technical customer discussions and visits

Participate in complaint handling processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions with the manufacturing teams

Drive continuous product quality improvements together with plant and operational teams

Support successful new product introductions from R&D into operations

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and packaging requirements

Contribute to building a strong customer-focused and quality-driven culture across the organization
What do you bring?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or a related field
-
Minimum 4 years of experience within food manufacturing
-
Experience in Quality, Process, or related technical roles

Solid understanding of quality standards, product specifications, and customer requirements within the food industry

Experience with SAP, and MS Office
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including methodologies such as DMAIC, 5 Why, or 5M
-
Fluent English, both written and spoken and Dutch would be nice to have

Employment conditions

Salary from €4.071,- to €5.300,- gross per month

25 vacation days and 15 “ATV” days, which you can take flexibly

3% year-end bonus according to the collective labour agreement (CAO)

You will need to be onsite in Rilland or Kruiningen every week.
