What we’re looking for
Are you passionate, organised, and hands-on? Do you possess an impeccable eye for detail? If so, join us in this exciting chapter of our journey as a Fulfilment Assistant in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be an integral part of our European Production team, involved in gift wrapping, personalising products, and preparing deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Mastering various personalisation techniques, such as monogramming, embroidery, and engraving.
- Demonstrating creative flair and attentiveness - gift wrapping products and packaging boxes and hampers.
- Actively engaging as part of a small team, being hands-on in tasks ranging from unpacking boxes to assisting couriers with deliveries.
- An impeccable eye for detail, ensuring tasks are perfected and promptly bringing any potential production errors to the attention of the Production Manager.
- Assisting with logistics and shipping, including booking-in, managing, and tracking parcels.
- Supporting the team in fulfilling all gifting requirements and maintaining a well-organised workspace for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Exhibiting strong practical skills, efficiency, and time management in this task-focused role.
- Staying composed under pressure, taking ownership of independent tasks, and demonstrating a commitment to learning.
- Upholding high standards of presentation, reflecting our dedication to client satisfaction and quality output.
- Handling all key parts of production, covering the Manager when they are out of office.

About You:
- A fantastic team player with a keen and creative eye for detail.
- Energetic and dynamic with a genuine passion for gifting and creating personalised experiences.
- Interest in e-commerce, branding, and innovative creative solutions.
- Previous experience with UV printing, heat press, typographic printing, monogramming, engraving, embossing, or sewing machinery is a big plus.
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Preferred experience in packing or gift wrapping.
- Ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure, effectively managing time and juggling multiple projects.
- Previous experience in a team-oriented and high-intensity environment is advantageous.
- Supervisor or keyholder experience is desirable.

Contract
- Full time, Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8 hours between 0900 - 1800
*Please note, this is a full-time production role based in our Amsterdam studio, with no option to work from home. During busy peak periods, we may occasionally ask for weekend availability, subject to your agreement.
Salary
- Salary: €16.50 per hour (inclusive of 8% holiday allowance)
