Do you enjoy translating complex business data into actionable insights that improve operational and commercial performance? We are looking for a Business Analyst who combines strong financial and analytical skills with a passion for digital transformation. You will act as a trusted business partner for Operations and Commercial teams, helping shape data-driven decision-making across our global organization while driving innovation through Power BI, AI and Copilot.

What are you going to do?

Act as a finance business partner for Operations and Commercial teams, translating data into meaningful business insights.
Develop and improve Power BI dashboards, KPIs and management reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize reporting processes using AI, Copilot and modern BI solutions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, investment decisions and profitability analyses across products, customers and regions.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial and IT teams to improve business performance and data quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and strengthen business control.

What do you bring?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics & AI or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, FP&A or business controlling within an international environment.
Strong experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SAP and affinity with AI and Copilot.
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and digitalization.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

A competitive salary: €5,076 – €6.537 based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on knowledge and experience).
8% holiday allowance and a 13th month (8.33%).
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km up to a maximum of 50 km one way.
29 vacation days per year on a full-time basis, including the option to purchase 8 additional days.
Employee pension contribution is premium-free up to a salary of €64,479. Above this salary, the employee contributes 7%.
