Tasks and Responsabilities:
- Manage and optimize all inbound warehouse operations
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 40+ warehouse employees
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming shipments
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements where needed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Kaizen)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate closely with transport and procurement teams
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational excellence
Your Profile:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and KPI management
- Experience with Lean / Operational Excellence is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is an advantage
Your Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and Best Practices
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor expenses to ensure site profitability and achieve budgetary targets
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Working with MS Office applications
- Conscientious and reliable operation
Your Education and Professional Experience:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or similar in Logistic Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant/similar work experience
- Clear demonstration and experience in leading and managing a team of 20+ employees
