Mr. Dylan Taylor Rogers was educated in the United States of America, and has over 10 years of experience running private practices in California and various other locations in the USA and Europe.
We are looking for new freelance, ZZP employees to join our expanding team of exciting professionals in this field. The position is very flexible. After an informal two week training period, where the new freelance ZZP hire is vetted and performs some scrutinized treatments with a select few clients, this new ZZP freelance employee will then be moved into a ZZP employment contract as full fledged hire. Employee apps are made available to the new hire, and with this app the ZZP freelance employee can upload and modify there schedule, pick and choose when they want to work, and custom tailor their very own schedule. You are a volitional worker with CBD Massage Therapy, after your training and supervisory period.
Pay rates are commensurate with customer satisfaction and reviews. All reviews that are considered are from sources such as ClassPass, Treatwell, Fresha and a few other sources, which can be verified. Reviews are the most important indicator of success with this position, and are what are relied upon for pay rate increases.

The pay scale is per diem and is as follows:
Trainee: 25 Euro per hour
New Hire (After 2 Weeks of Successful Treatments): 25 weekday and 30 weekend
Highly Reviewed (After 2 Months): 30 Euro per hour
Ongoing High Performing Relationship (After 3 Months): 30 Euro per hour Weekday and 35 Euro per hour Weekend
Established High Performing Relationship (After 4 Months): 36 Euro per hour Weekday and Weekend
Managerial Level Therapist (After 6 months): 40 Euros per hour Weekdays and Weekends
There is also room to grow beyond these roles, and it should take no more than six months to achieve the highest pay scale, assuming that your clients are reporting excellent experiences with your treatments. Travel expenses for training is negotiable, as well as other necessary considerations, which can be discussed at a requested interview
