Ons internationale Marketing team bij Kramp bestaat uit diverse specialisaties, zoals het Brand & Campaign team, Performance Marketing team en het Innovation Marketing team. Samen met je stagebegeleider bepaal je wat je graag uit je stage wilt halen. Op basis daarvan werk je actief mee met onze collega’s. Je wordt onderdeel van een internationaal team, wat betekent dat je contact hebt met collega’s uit heel Europa.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Stagiair Innovation Marketing speel je een actieve rol in het stimuleren van marketinginnovaties en het verbeteren van de efficiëntie van onze digitale marketingtools en processen. Je taken worden afgestemd op jouw achtergrond, interesses en leerdoelen, en kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:
-
helpen bij het verbeteren van efficiëntie en het doorvoeren van innovaties in onze marketingtools, zoals ons Digital Asset Management (DAM) systeem en Content Management System (CMS).

het verkennen en implementeren van AI-tools om contentcreatieprocessen te versterken, van copy en visuals tot vertalingen.
-
ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van innovatieve promotiestrategieën.
-
onderzoek doen naar marketingtrends, toolinnovaties en concurrentiestrategieën.
-
samenwerken met internationale stakeholders om innovatieve oplossingen af te stemmen en op te schalen in verschillende landen.
Wie ben jij?
Je studeert aan een hbo-opleiding in de richting van Marketing, Communicatie, Innovatie of Business en bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar vanaf september 2026. Verder ben je iemand die:

proactief en nieuwsgierig is naar marketingtechnologie en digitale trends
-
gestructureerd en analytisch kan werken met tools, data en processen
-
zowel zelfstandig als in een internationaal team goed kan functioneren
-
creatief is en beschikt over een sterk gevoel voor eigenaarschap en initiatief
-
deadlines kan bewaken en overzicht houdt over meerdere taken
-
sterk is in Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; Nederlands is een pre
-
drie dagen per week beschikbaar is in Varsseveld om samenwerking te stimuleren.

Join Kramp’s Digital Marketing & Branding department in Varsseveld as an intern and contribute to exciting innovation projects that support our marketing teams across Europe.
Intern Innovation Marketing Specialist
At Kramp we have an International Marketing team made up of various specializations. Think of Brand & Campaign team, Performance Marketing team & Innovation Marketing team.
Together with your internship supervisor you will determine what you want to get out of your internship, and based on that you will work alongside our colleagues. You will also be part of an international team, which means you will be in contact with colleagues working all across Europe!
What is your role?
As an Innovation Marketing Specialist Intern, you’ll play an active part in driving marketing innovations and improving efficiency within our digital marketing tools and processes. Your responsibilities will be shaped around your background, interests, and learning goals, but may include:
helping us to further improve efficiency and bring innovations towards our marketing tooling, such as our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and Content Management System (CMS).
exploring and implementing AI tools to enhance content creation workflows—from copy and visuals to translations.
supporting the execution of innovative promotion strategies.
conducting research on marketing trends, tooling innovations, and competitor strategies.
working closely with international stakeholders to align and scale innovative solutions across countries.
Who are you?
You are currently enrolled in a university of applied sciences (HBO) program related to Marketing, Communication, Innovation, or Business, and are available for at least 32 hours per week, starting January 2026.
We are looking for someone who is:
pro-active and curious about marketing technology and digital trends
structured and analytical in working with tools, data, and processes
comfortable working both independently and in an international team
creative, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
able to manage deadlines and keep an overview of multiple tasks
strong in written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus
available in Varsseveld for three days a week to support collaboration.
