As a Biotech Associate in Geleen, you will contribute directly to the manufacturing of advanced cell therapy products in a GMP cleanroom environment. This is a hands-on role where precision, teamwork and quality mindset are essential to delivering life-changing therapies to patients.

Perform cell and tissue culture activities in accordance with GMP procedures.
Execute manufacturing steps such as media preparation, cell expansion and harvesting.
Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Identify and report deviations to ensure compliance and product quality.
Maintain cleanroom standards and follow strict aseptic techniques.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
Collaborate closely with QA, QC and MSAT to ensure smooth production processes.
Completed laboratory training, vocational education or a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, biology or a related field.
Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
Ability to follow procedures accurately and work in a structured manner.
Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
