Buena Vista Global Distribution is an international FMCG trading company based in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.
We trade globally in brands such as Mars, Nestlé, Ferrero, Mondelez, Unilever and Procter & Gamble and supply customers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America.

The Role
As an International Sales & Trading Specialist, you will support experienced traders in sourcing products, developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
You will learn how international FMCG trading works in practice, including sourcing, pricing, negotiations, margin calculations and account development.
As you gain experience, you will gradually build and manage your own customer and supplier portfolio.
The primary focus of this role is developing European retail accounts while also working with distributors and international trading partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and following up commercial offers.
- Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Identifying new products, suppliers and business opportunities.
- Supporting negotiations on pricing and commercial terms.
- Analysing margins, pricing and market developments.
- Working closely with logistics and sales support teams.
- Managing customer and supplier information.
- Gradually developing your own customer portfolio.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, International Business or similar.
- 0-3 years of relevant commercial experience.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and eager to learn.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Valid driver's licence.

- Full-time position (40 hours).
- Salary: €3,000 - €3,600 gross per month depending on experience and background
