What will you do?
TeamSport & Sponsorships conducts market research for international sports organizations and sports sponsors. Based on our research findings, we advise brands on how to increase the impact of their sponsorship and help sports organizations with insights that contribute to successful partnerships. We work for international brands such as PlayStation, Amazon, and FedEx, and with major sports organizations such as UEFA, Formula 1, various major teams, clubs, and associations.
As a Strategic Research Consultant, you are responsible for providing our clients with sound advice based on research results. You understand the challenges our clients face and know how to help them with research. You act as a strategic sparring partner for sponsor managers, partnership managers, and marketers. In addition, you contribute to business development by conducting substantive discussions with (potential) clients and challenging them with our vision and approach.
Your responsibilities:

You manage and enhance relationships with international clients;

You ensure that you understand the challenges faced by customers and provide them with sound advice based on the research results;

You will engage in strategic discussions about sports and sponsorships with marketers and sponsorship managers in international organizations;

You contribute to the team's commercial objectives by convincingly communicating our vision and approach to (potential) customers;

You write research proposals that align with the challenges and strategies of international sponsors and sports organizations;

You will supervise (junior) research managers on research projects;

You set the bar high, for yourself and for the team.
