About this vacancy

Ontwerpen en optimaliseren supply chain processen op het gebied van inkoop, data, ERP, leveranciers/klanten, communicatiestromen en verkoop;
Overzicht houden over het complete supply chain proces en hebt daarbij in beeld wie jouw interne en externe stakeholders zijn;
Goed omgaan met data: denk aan verwerking, stromen en analyses;
Houdt de projectleider op de hoogte van alles omtrent de planning en reporting;
Verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke KPI’S en initieren verbetervoorstellen om de prestaties nog beter te maken;
Met verschillende vormen van communicatie jouw stakeholders verbinden;
Je weet hoe je QLTC integreert op de werkvloer en houdt continu rekening met de risicobeheersing die hierbij hoort;
Op het gebied van Quality, Logistics, Time en Cost analyses draaien met de beschikbare data om vervolgens een vertaalslag te maken met concrete acties richting de werkvloer;
Je kijkt door een continu verbeterbril: je bent in staat om zowel met gezond boerenverstand ‘het gewoon te doen', echter heb je daarnaast ook een sterke theoretische basis om te verbeteren of initiatieven tot leven te brengen (5S, Lean, FMEA sessies, etc.);
Verstand van procesmodulering en simulatie, zodat je diverse scenario's goed kan evalueren en verbetering kunt testen;
Adhoc schakelen en weten hoe je een iteratief proces kunt begeleiden en bewaken.

De wereld van Supply Chain is uitdagend, divers en beweegt continu. Een prachtig vakgebied om jouw competenties in te laten floreren. Jij:

Hebt een afgerond HBO/WO diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting Supply Chain, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Operations & Logistics (Engineering), of technische basisopleiding;
Krijgt energie van complexe uitdagingen die je op projectbasis gaat uitvoeren;
Bent communicatief vaardig en weet ten alle tijden jouw stakeholder management skills in te zetten om mensen te verbinden;
Weet in een sterk veranderende en dynamische omgeving processen te doorgronden, beheersen en zo nodig te verbeteren: je bent in control;
Verschillende logistieke besturingssystemen (bijvoorbeeld ERP/WMS/TMS) zijn voor jou makkelijk te doorgronden, te begrijpen en kan waar noodzakelijk advies- of verbeteringstrajecten uitvoeren;
Houdt ervan jezelf uit te dagen en je gaat aan op persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling;
Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Elke andere taal is een mooie pré.
