Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- A Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience;
- Previous experience in supporting Project/Organisational Change Management projects;
- Experience working in an international environment and/or internally dispersed project teams.
Duties/role:
- Acting as the NATO Enterprise Change Assistant for two large-scale ICT change projects within NATO;
- Supporting the creation of a comprehensive change management plan for the project in consultation with the project manager;
- Providing advice on OCM tools, templates, and methodology to the Project Change Manager.
