You will work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands, Belgium and across our global sector teams. We offer the freedom to develop and deepen your own sector specialisation, while working on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
As Vice President, you are a driving force in our deal teams, combining deep analytical strength, commercial acumen and strong leadership. You will:
- Lead M&A projects independently, managing both the strategic and operational aspects of transactions from start to finish
- Supervise and mentor associates and analysts, ensuring top-quality analysis, advice and execution
- Drive business development, sourcing and originating new deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop sector expertise by identifying trends, conducting market analysis and translating insights into actionable strategic advice
- Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the transaction process
- Structure and negotiate complex deals, optimising transaction outcomes for all parties
- Promote process excellence, improving internal workflows and ensuring efficiency across projects and teams
- Contribute to the growth and positioning of CFI, by representing the firm in networking events and market interactions
- 4-6 years of relevant M&A advisory experience
- Deep understanding of deal structures and valuation
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Proven track record of successfully closing complex transactions
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to contribute to the firm’s growth
- Fluent in English and Dutch
