From our headquarters in Amsterdam, we support clients in securing and managing housing for their workforce with speed, reliability, and exceptional service. To strengthen our operational excellence, we are hiring a Support Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day lifecycle of our accommodation portfolio.
About the Role
As our Support Manager, you will coordinate all operational aspects of our accommodations and act as the central link between clients (tenants) and property owners. You will ensure a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out, manage issue resolution, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, solution‑oriented professional who enjoys operational coordination and delivering high‑quality service. You will work closely with the Project Management team to ensure that every accommodation is prepared, monitored, and managed to WHI standards.
Key Responsibilities
Arrival & Departure Management
- Lead the full check‑in process, including client onboarding, issuing keys, and providing property walkthroughs.
- Conduct thorough check‑out inspections, document property conditions, and manage key returns.
Information Management
- Serve as the primary communication point between clients and property owners.
- Provide clients with all essential property details, utility information, and house rules upon booking.
- Deliver clear end‑of‑stay reports to both clients and owners to support transparent deposit handling.
Maintenance & Issue Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for all accommodation‑related issues, such as repairs or malfunctions.
- Proactively source and coordinate service providers (e.g., plumbers, handymen, cleaners) to ensure timely and high‑quality repairs.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that property standards are consistently maintained.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and tenant communications.
- Ensure that all property handbooks, digital guides, and documentation remain up‑to‑date.
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing operational, property, or support role.
- A “can‑do” attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong customer‑focused thinking.
- Strong communication skills in English; Dutch proficiency is highly preferred.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to independently find solutions, including sourcing service providers when needed.
- A team‑oriented approach and strong internal communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm, structured, and solution‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to occasionally work outside standard office hours (when issues arise).
- A driving licence is preferred, although no travel is required for the role.
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands and excited to work from our Amsterdam office.
