You will work on prototypes, single pieces, and small series with the highest achievable precision and quality! Products accurate to the micron (µm)? WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a CNC Miller/Programmer, you will work on your own dedicated 5-axis machine and program it yourself at the machine;
You will manufacture prototypes and single pieces from aluminum and exotic materials such as titanium, stainless steel, or Inconel;
You will receive files and technical drawings from your client and assess manufacturability;
You independently determine the best approach to realize the workpiece—you’ll have this freedom with us, and this way of working suits you;
You will draw on your experience, knowledge of manufacturability, and creativity every time to determine the best machining method;
You will program the files for your workpiece yourself, either externally or directly at the machine;
You are responsible for your machine, checking its setup and, of course, the quality of your tools and tooling;
You will perform interim measurements on your workpiece and are responsible for quality control
YOUR PROFILE
You have a technical diploma or can demonstrate equivalent experience;
You are able to guide trainees or potential professionals to reach a similar level;
You are creative and always find the best possible way to manufacture the workpiece;
You want to deliver every workpiece perfectly and with high quality, and you have an eye for detail;
You work neatly, accurately, and check your own work at multiple stages;
Driven, cheerful, and eager to learn describe you well;
You have good communication and social skills—you’re a pleasant colleague;
A sense of humor! You enjoy a good atmosphere, love to laugh, and are up for a staff party.
