As a Project Manager Construction, you’ll work on large-scale distribution centers (up to 100,000 m²) that directly support the operations of international clients.
You’re not building standard real estate, you’re creating complex high-tech environments where smart buildings, automation, engineering and logistics come together.
You operate within a multidisciplinary project team and play a key role in delivering complex construction projects in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. These projects include complex technical installations, high sustainability standards and energy systems that are critical to operational performance and employee satisfaction.
In this role, you are responsible for the realization of new-build and renovation projects for distribution centers. You ensure progress, quality and alignment across all stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing construction projects (greenfield & brownfield) up to 100,000 m²;
- Coordinating contractors, developers and consultants;
- Safeguarding planning, budget and quality within a project team;
- Leading construction meetings and representing the organization;
- Aligning with Engineering, Operations, HSE, Security and Facility on technical requirements.
You work within a multidisciplinary team where decisions on contractors, budgets and design are made collaboratively. Within this setup, you take the lead in driving execution and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
You are part of the central Project Management team and report to the Head of Logistics Engineering. The role is hybrid, based in Gennep, with regular presence on project sites.

- A gross monthly salary between €4.004 and €6.774 based on 40 hours, depending on experience;

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical foundation who is used to working with contractors and technical stakeholders on complex construction projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (construction, civil engineering or similar);
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management;
- Experience with large-scale construction projects;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Solid technical understanding (construction & installations such as HVAC, energy, sprinklers);
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
