The Role
Structured, technically minded Service Desk Specialists / Service Coordinators to strengthen our global service operations.
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for customers and international sales partners, managing incoming service requests and ensuring they are handled efficiently and professionally.
Rather than focusing on hands-on repairs, your primary responsibility is to coordinate, prioritize, and resolve service cases—working closely with our Service Engineers, Production, and R&D departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming service requests
- Register, track, and prioritize cases using tools such as Microsoft 365 CRM & Business Central
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and international partners
- Analyze technical issues and route cases to the appropriate teams
- Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Support customers remotely with basic troubleshooting and guidance
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
- Contribute to improving service processes and documentation
Your Profile
- Experience in a technical service desk, customer support, or service coordination role
- Strong technical affinity (electronics, mechatronics, or industrial equipment preferred)
- Preferably experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, or similar
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and cases simultaneously
- Structured, accurate, and proactive working style
- Strong problem-solving mindset
Languages
- English – required (professional level)
- Dutch and/or German – strong advantage
