We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical POR Analyst to join the team on a 12-month temporary contract, supporting the further development and global rollout of the Post Opportunity Review (POR) program at DHL Express. POR is directly linked to Global Commercial priorities under the Deal Review umbrella.
This is a global role, working closely with Commercial, Pricing, Sales, and regional stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
The Post Opportunity Review (POR) program establishes a structured and data-driven approach for reviewing major customer opportunities and commercial decisions. The program plays an important role in strengthening commercial learning, accountability, and smarter growth decisions across the organization.
POR consists of two key pillars:
Ship-to-Agreement (STA)
Focuses on monitoring post-deal performance and generating insights and improvement actions based on agreement realization and business performance after implementation.
POR Learning for Wins and Losses
Focuses on understanding why opportunities were won or lost. The process helps identify key commercial, pricing, competitive, and customer factors behind the final outcome, generating actionable learnings to support stronger future decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support POR interviews with Sales managers and customers.
- Coordinate POR interview planning with relevant stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Analyze POR learning data to identify patterns, trends, and commercial insights.
- Support the translation of findings into actionable recommendations for future opportunities.
- Produce deal-level learning documentation to support future commercial and pricing preparations.
- Consolidate POR interview findings into structured learning databases and reports.
- Support continuous improvement of POR frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Support data visualization, reporting, and preparation of commercial learning insights.
- Assist with POR presentations, training sessions, and workshops.
- Support Ship-to-Agreement (STA) dashboard development, data validation, and action tracking.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work comfortably across different teams and stakeholders globally.
- Good knowledge of database management and data visualization tools; experience with Python, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Fast learner with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience or knowledge of the express logistics industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
