Job description

Are you a communication specialist? At UNIS Group, you are the key player in our online and offline communication. You know how to reach and engage our target audience with powerful and effective campaigns. Together with our marketing and communication team, you develop strategies that align seamlessly with our business objectives and execute them to perfection.

What will you do?

Developing and implementing a strategic marketing and communication plan in collaboration with the team.
Creating inspiring and informative content, such as newsletters, social media posts, and promotional texts.
Writing and editing internal and external communications, including press releases, articles, and client cases.
Managing our social media accounts and developing strategies to increase engagement and interaction.
Creating and editing videos and other visual communication materials.
Utilizing AI tools to optimize content creation and data analysis.
Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting results.
Supporting colleagues with communication advice and coordinating projects.
Identifying trends and developments within the market and translating them into opportunities for UNIS Group.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

A completed education in Marketing and/or Communication.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent writing and editorial skills in Dutch and English.
Experience with SEO and content management systems (CMS).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
Knowledge of video creation and editing.
Experience with social media management and developing related strategies.
Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
Affinity with AI tools and digital trends.
