What you can expect

Als Facilitair Coördinator Hard Services ben je op tactisch niveau verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting, aansturing en doorontwikkeling van de hard services binnen onze logistieke organisatie (6 locaties in de regio Tilburg–Eindhoven). Je voert regie op technische dienstverlening en fungeert als sparringpartner voor locatieverantwoordelijken en management. Met meerdere vestigingen en diverse technische leveranciers is geen dag hetzelfde.

Je bent regelmatig onderweg en weet goed overzicht te houden.

In deze rol maak je deel uit van het facilitaire team en rapporteer je aan de Manager Facility. Het facilitaire team is verantwoordelijk voor zowel hard- als soft services en beschikt over een inhouse receptieteam en technische dienst. Binnen het team combineren we een professionele werkhouding met een prettige, collegiale werksfeer.

What you bring

Wat ga je doen:

Coördineren en aansturen van hard services dienstverlening (o.a. gebouwonderhoud, technische installaties, HVAC, elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde en brandbeveiliging) voor alle locaties, op basis van prestaties, KPI’s en SLA’s.
Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor eigenaren/verhuurders ten aanzien van gebouwen, onderhoud en technische vraagstukken.
Aansturen en samenwerken met de inhouse technische dienst (2 direct reports en 5 indirect reports).
Vertalen van organisatie- en gebruikersbehoeften naar onderhoudsplannen, technische oplossingen en duidelijke werkafspraken.
Leiden en coördineren van facilitaire en technische projecten van initiatief tot implementatie.
Contractbeheer van technische leveranciers en ondersteunen bij aanbestedingen en contractverlengingen.
Bewaken van kwaliteit, kosten, veiligheid en continuïteit van gebouwen en installaties en hierover rapporteren aan management.
Initiëren en begeleiden van (meerjarige) onderhoudsplannen en investeringsvoorstellen.
Bijdragen aan Energiemanagement; signaleren van besparingsmogelijkheden en initiëren van verduurzamingsmaatregelen in samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders.
Meedenken over standaardisatie en optimalisatie van technische en facilitaire processen.
Signaleren van technische ontwikkelingen, wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar beleid en verbeterinitiatieven.

Wat breng je mee;

HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Facilitair Management, Techniek, Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.
Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een hard services of technische facilitaire rol.
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
Ervaring in een tactische facilitaire functie binnen een multi-site of operationele omgeving.
Kennis van gebouwgebonden installaties, onderhoudsprocessen en technische contracten.
Analytisch, gestructureerd en besluitvaardig.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatiesensitiviteit.
Je werkt effectief samen met collega’s en stakeholders binnen verschillende disciplines.
Praktische instelling en passend bij een familiebedrijfscultuur.
