As a Retail Care Representative, you ensure a seamless and reliable experience for our retail partners. You take ownership of customer accounts, safeguard the order-to-delivery process, and proactively address issues before they impact results. By combining strong customer focus with a sharp eye on sales performance, you help drive revenue, strengthen relationships, and enable operational excellence across markets.
- Manage multiple customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Analyze and report sales results regularly.
- Identify issues during customer interactions and inform sales managers.
- Support achievement of sales targets by enabling timely corrective actions.
- Realize the sales plan and monitor progress against targets.
- Ensure timely adjustments to meet sales goals.
- Plan shipments to ensure timely delivery within budget and customer expectations.
- Consider country-specific and customer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate relevant financial activities (e.g., letters of credit, bank guarantees, advance payments).
- Accept and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order correctness and delivery feasibility.
- Optimize order flow based on requested delivery timelines.
- Identify and resolve potential roadblocks independently.
- Serve as the main contact for inquiries about orders, deliveries, and specific requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
- C2-level proficiency in German, combined with strong business proficiency in English
- Experience working with an ERP system is a plus. (e.g. Salesforce)
- Customer-oriented mindset while maintaining a clear focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders.

What we offer
- A salary between 2600 and 3000, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
- This is a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
- You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
- You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
- The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
- The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
- Extensive retirement plan.
- Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
- Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings.
