Overview
The Critical Environment Program Manager (CEPM) is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of operational and engineering programs across Microsoft Data Center campuses, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable infrastructure operations.
This role acts as the bridge between engineering, operations, compliance, and leadership, owning programs that directly impact availability, risk reduction, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent AND Good years of experience delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments

OR Good years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND Good years of technical engineering experience

OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND Good years of technical engineering experience.
