De Functie
Leli Holland is op zoek naar een toegewijde Maintenance Technician ter ondersteuning van de operationele werkzaamheden binnen de faciliteit. Deze rol zorgt ervoor dat productie-KPI’s worden behaald door het onderhouden van apparatuur en systemen, het trainen van technici en het ondersteunen van productiesupervisors. De Maintenance Technician is verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen dat apparatuur op maximale performance draait om dagelijkse productiedoelstellingen veilig en effectief te halen.

Reparaties en onderhoud uitvoeren aan boilers en ondersteunende apparatuur, zoals pompen, mengkleppen, condensors, CO-monitoringsystemen en elektrische besturingssystemen.

Zorgen voor de veilige werking van diverse gemotoriseerde apparatuur, waaronder heftrucks, palletwagens, scooters, elektrische karren, picking carts en grasmaaiers.

Integrale onderhoudschecklists invullen en bijhouden voor apparatuur, tools en machineonderdelen.

Basis onderhoudstaken uitvoeren binnen de faciliteit, waar nodig.

Onderhouden, troubleshooten en repareren van kas- en cannabis manufacturing equipment, inclusief pneumatiek, hydrauliek, high-precision meetapparatuur, print- en labelmachines en elektrische systemen.

De werking van irrigatiesystemen behouden, zoals pompen, kleppen, filters, elektronische besturing en fertilizer injection systems.

Samenwerken met het Engineering team om ervoor te zorgen dat Research & Development equipment operationeel blijft voor innovatie en testing.

Maintenance software gebruiken om onderhoudsverzoeken te registreren, te prioriteren en te beheren.

Maintenance supplies, spare parts en tools beheren en organiseren om consistente inventory availability te garanderen.

Regelmatige inspecties uitvoeren om apparatuurveiligheid te borgen en issues communiceren aan de Manager en het team, indien nodig.

Persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PPE) kunnen vereist zijn bij werkzaamheden die mogelijk risico’s vormen voor gezondheid of veiligheid. Het bedrijf levert de benodigde PPE. Medewerkers worden getraind in het juiste gebruik en onderhoud van toegewezen PPE. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om defecte, beschadigde of verloren PPE te melden, evenals apparatuur die niet goed past, aan je Supervisor.

The Opportunity
Leli Holland is looking for dedicated Maintenance Technician to support operations within the facility. This role ensures production KPIs are achieved by maintaining equipment and systems, training technicians, and supporting production supervisors. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring equipment operate at peak performance to meet daily production targets safely and effectively.
What You'll Do
-
Perform repairs and maintenance of boilers and supporting equipment, such as pumps, mixing valves, condensers, CO monitoring systems, and electrical control systems.

Ensure the safe functionality of various motorized equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scooters, electric carts, picking carts, and lawnmowers.

Complete and maintain integral maintenance checklists for equipment, tools, and machine parts.

Perform basic maintenance tasks as required across the facility.
-
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair greenhouse and cannabis manufacturing equipment, including pneumatics, hydraulics, high-precision measuring equipment, printing and labeling machines, and electrical systems.

Preserve the functioning of irrigation systems such as pumps, valves, filters, electronic controls, and fertilizer injection systems.

Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure Research & Development equipment remains operational for innovation and testing.

Utilize Maintenance Software to track, prioritize, and manage maintenance requests.

Handle and organize maintenance supplies, spare parts, and tools to ensure consistent inventory availability.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and communicate issues to the Manager and team as required.

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and Pure Sunfarms best practices.

Lead by example to foster a safe and efficient working environment.
Safety Requirements
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The Company will provide the required PPE. Employees will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly to your Supervisor.
