We’re looking for a driven and curious Sales Executive to strengthen Dalux’s presence in the Dutch market. Based in Apeldoorn – at the heart of the Veluwe and well connected to the rest of the country – you’ll play a hands-on role in building strong client relationships and bringing cutting-edge BIM and ConTech solutions to property owners, contractors, and consultants.This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Dalux’s expansion in a key region, while being part of an ambitious, supportive, and socail team.

Your role
As a Sales Executive at Dalux, you’ll play a key role in driving growth in the Dutch market by identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and positioning Dalux as a trusted ConTech partner. You’ll be part of an international, collaborative team where knowledge sharing, support, and team spirit are central to how we work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to expand Dalux’s footprint in the Netherlands.
- Identifying, approaching, and onboarding new customers while building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients get the most value from our software through a strong customer-first approach.
- Leading the full sales process – from understanding customer needs to presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and closing agreements.
- Working closely with Customer Success Managers and other colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Representing Dalux at conferences, trade shows, and industry events together with colleagues from across commercial, support, and marketing teams.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Europe, sharing insights, supporting each other, and coming together for internal and external events.
We imagine you bring:
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, ConTech, or a related field.
- A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in building lasting relationships.
- A collaborative, positive, and proactive approach to your work.
- The ability to engage stakeholders at all levels – from site managers to C-level executives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
