We’re expanding the capasity and seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, sorting, and packing vintage garments according to order specifications. You’ll work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment for our clients, many of whom are high-volume buyers with specific sourcing needs.
Key Responsibilities as a Picker/Packer:
Picking:
- Pack and select vintage garments according to style, era, category, or customer specifications.
- Help unload containers with pump trucks and place bales in the right locations.
- Use packing lists, purchase orders, or buyer briefs to fulfill orders accurately.
Packing:
- Neatly and securely pack orders for shipping.
- Ensure correct labelling and presentation, keeping items organized by category or client instructions.
Inventory Handling:
- Assist in stock rotation and organization of warehouse racks/shelves.
- Conduct light quality checks for defects, stains, or damages before packing.
- Assist in restocking and inventory counts as needed.
General Support:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
- Follow all safety and warehouse policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, order fulfilment, or retail experience preferred not necessary - we provide all the training,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific packing or picking instructions.
- Able to work on your feet and lift up to 20 kg boxes of clothing.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a good work ethic.
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU passport or valid work permit required).
- Good level of English (also Polish or Dutch can be beneficial but not required)
