An Operator? Yes. But at Myne, you'll do much more than simply operate a production line. At many companies, Operators are responsible for one machine or one part of the process. At Myne, things are different. Of course, you'll learn how to operate and monitor our production lines, but your role is much broader than that. You'll work with different machines, drive a forklift or wheel loader, help with equipment changeovers and troubleshoot minor technical issues. You'll work in a two-shift system and have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and grow into an all-round Operator or specialist role. Are you technically minded, enjoy rolling up your sleeves and like having a varied workday? Then we'd love to hear from you.
About Myne
At Myne, we're building the future of the metals industry. We believe in a world where metals can be recycled endlessly and valuable raw materials are never lost. With our innovative Xorter technology, developed in collaboration with Delft University of Technology, we make high-quality metal recycling possible and contribute to a more circular economy every day. From our headquarters in Harderwijk, more than 75 enthusiastic colleagues work together towards one shared mission: making the recycling industry smarter, more sustainable and more innovative. Behind our technology is a strong production team of 30 to 35 colleagues. Together, you make sure our production lines keep running and that metal waste is transformed into high-quality raw materials for the future.
What will you do as an Operator?
As an Operator at Myne, you play an important role in our production process. Together with your colleagues, you make sure our machines and production lines run safely, efficiently and continuously. Safety always comes first. You'll follow safety procedures, identify potential risks and contribute ideas for improving the way we work. Together with your colleagues, you'll help create a safe working environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Starting, setting up and operating production lines.
Monitoring and adjusting machines and production processes.
Changing over equipment according to work instructions.
Carrying out your work safely and following all relevant procedures and instructions.
Identifying potential safety risks and process issues.
Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues.
Performing quality checks.
Recording and checking materials.
Driving a forklift and other internal transport equipment.
Working closely with your colleagues to keep production running smoothly.
In short: this is a practical and varied role where you'll keep learning and take on more responsibility over time.
Every day at Myne is different. One day, you might be starting up a production line. The next, you could be helping with an equipment changeover, solving a technical issue or supporting your colleagues with other production activities. You'll get to know different machines, processes and technologies, allowing you to continuously develop your skills and grow within our organization.
Who are you?
You're someone who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility for your work. You also have:

A proactive attitude and the ability to see what needs to be done.
A team-oriented mindset and enjoy working with colleagues.
You speak either Dutch or English.

You'll work full-time in a two-shift system:
Morning shift: 06:00–14:45
Afternoon/evening shift: 14:15–23:00
Our production runs from Monday to Saturday, but this does not mean you'll work every Saturday. On average, you'll work one Saturday per month, for which you'll receive an additional shift allowance.
