This is not a standard sales role, nor is it a typical project management position. It’s a unique combination where you operate as both a Channel Specialist and a Project Account Manager within the commercial buildings sector.
You will work on some of the most exciting buildings in the Netherlands: hospitals, data centers, hotels, distribution centers, and office buildings. Your mission? To help make these buildings smart, safe, and sustainable.

Build and strengthen relationships with panel builders in the commercial building market

Inspire customers with the latest ABB technologies

Win business through cross-selling opportunities, including power distribution, building automation, and EV charging solutions

Involve ABB specialists early in customer projects to maximize impact

Develop and maintain an active network at all levels within customer organizations

Manage complex projects from A to Z, from quotation to final delivery

Maintain control over budgets, timelines, and risks—you are the captain of the project

Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for customers

Bring together internal teams including sales, engineering, product management, and external partners

Translate technological innovations into practical project solutions
You are ambitious, energetic, and think beyond the task at hand. You combine technical insight with commercial drive and know how to influence people—from customers across the table to engineers behind the drawings. You take ownership, show initiative, and spot opportunities where others might miss them.

Bachelor's or Master's level thinking and working ability (preferably with a technical background) — you think big

3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial project environment within commercial buildings, installation technology, or electrical engineering

Fluent in both Dutch and English — communication is one of your strengths

Commercially sharp and results-driven — you know how to close deals

Proactive, independent, and strong in stakeholder management

A valid driver's license (B) — flexible and always on the move
