Voor een betonfabriek in Lelystad zijn wij op zoek naar gemotiveerde Productiemedewerkers. Heb jij een echte aanpakkersmentaliteit en wil je werken in een stabiele productieomgeving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!
Ervaring is niet vereist – wij leren je het vak graag in de praktijk.
Wat ga je doen?
Als productiemedewerker werk je mee aan het produceren van verschillende betonnen elementen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Voorbereiden van productiewerkzaamheden
- Storten en afwerken van beton
- Controleren van producten op kwaliteit
- Schoonhouden van de werkplek
- Samenwerken met collega’s in de productiehal
Geen dag is hetzelfde en je werkt in een hecht team waar samenwerking centraal staat.

For a concrete factory in Lelystad, we are looking for motivated Production Employees. Do you have a hands-on mentality and would you like to work in a stable production environment? Then we are looking for you!
Experience is not required – we are happy to teach you the job in practice.
What will you do?
As a production employee, you will help produce various concrete elements. Your tasks include:
- Preparing production activities
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Checking products for quality
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized
- Working together with colleagues in the production hall
No two days are the same, and you will work in a close and supportive team where cooperation is important.
