Position: Independent Cook Employment type: Full-time / 38 hours per week, Salary indication: €2,506 - €3,250 gross per month, excluding holiday allowance Employment conditions in accordance with the Hospitality CAO

Duties and responsibilities

Carrying out preparatory work such as washing, cutting, (pre-)cooking, mixing, stirring, etc.
Assessing the quality of products/ingredients (freshness, shelf life, etc.) and preparing equipment
Executing preparations while monitoring and adjusting quality, doneness, taste, colour, consistency, etc. where necessary
Preparing orders for service
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, working conditions rules (Arbo), HACCP, and work and presentation methods
Responsible for inventory and order management
Technical supervision of assistant(s)

We are looking for someone who

Has an MBO 3 work and thinking level
Has proven knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Can work independently and in a structured manner
Is willing to undergo internal training where necessary
