As an Assistant Store Manager, you utilize your skills and experience to support the Store Manager. This involves maximizing sales and profitability, leading and motivating the team, delegating effectively, and setting the right priorities. You'll lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service and exceed our guests' optical expectations.
