Eaton is seeking motivated professionals with 2-4 years of experience in a B2B environment to join our team in Zaltbommel as a Sales Support Representative. This role is vital to the success of our sales teams, providing crucial support that allows our Sales Professionals to focus on their core value-selling activities. By managing commercial, administrative, logistical, and process-oriented tasks, you will help streamline operations and enhance sales outcomes.
As a Sales Support Representative, you will act as the go-to resource for our Sales Professionals in our M-OEM & E-OEM segment, you will be supporting 7 colleagues. You will anticipate their needs and those of their customers, proactively addressing challenges to ensure smooth sales processes. Your responsibilities will include support quote creation, preparing presentation materials, managing sales documentation, and supporting in customer interactions and issue resolution.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls when sales professionals are unavailable, providing timely and accurate information. Address delivery issues, handle complaints, and support customer relationship management.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Compile and track daily sales data, prepare detailed sales metrics reports, and analyze sales trends to provide actionable insights.
- Lead and Opportunity Management: Conduct initial discovery meetings, track and qualify leads, and ensure follow-up actions are taken to drive sales opportunities in our CRM.
- Continuous Learning & Development: Engage in self-assessment activities, participate in training, and contribute to the growth and development of team members.
- MS Office: You can create compelling presentations to support sales initiatives. You are proficient in using Excel to manage and analyze data. You are skilled in preparing professional documents and reports.
- Social Media Platforms: You are able to leverage social media for networking and business development.
- Accountability: You take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
