As a Marketing Coordinator at Skechers, you contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across the Netherlands and Belgium to strengthen brand awareness. You monitor market trends, manage B2B client relationships, develop persuasive marketing plans, and present strategic insights with confidence. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Collaborate with key retail partners to develop and roll out marketing campaigns and materials, supporting sell-through performance while ensuring consistent brand execution across all channels.

Coordinate the timely delivery of marketing assets to retail partners, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across all consumer touchpoints.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, in-store execution, and sell-through data to identify opportunities that strengthen the visibility and positioning of the Skechers brand.

Prepare and deliver presentations for the Sales and Marketing teams.

Manage paid and organic influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, Meta and TikTok, coordinating with external partners, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Track and report on marketing activities, campaign performance, and departmental KPIs, compiling regular reports and sharing insights to support continuous improvement.

Execute additional tasks and ad hoc projects linked to department and business needs, with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role.

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is required.

Experience coordinating retail marketing campaigns, marketing materials, or influencer marketing initiatives is a strong advantage.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Experience working with social media platforms, particularly Meta, and TikTok, is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
