The further strengthen our Poultry Service Team, we are currently recruiting a Field Service Manager, who will be in charge of a team of 15 - 20 Field Service Engineers, based in the Netherlands and the UK. This team is responsible for the service activities of our secondary portfolio in the North EMEA region. As our Field Service Manager, you are responsible for creating, developing and managing your team. In your day-to-day, you can expect to:
- Analyze information to determine needs for successfully planned installations, services, or repairs
- Be responsible for identifying future talent and further development and growth of your team
- Mentor employees about work-related issues and assist employees to support job-skill gaps and ensure employee job satisfaction
- Initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures when required and conduct regular appraisals and performance meetings with next in line employees
- Ensure that all planned maintenance, repairs, emergency support and special projects executed by your team, are delivered on time and within budget and reporting is done on time and as designed
- Be responsible for Health & Safety worker trainings, for site and working on JBT Marel machinery
- Participate in field service management meetings to set directions, goals and strategy for the operation.
- Align with Innovation and maintenance departments on new products introduced to the market and ensure skills requirements are met in the market.
- Travel occasionally as required by the business (~10 %)

- Have a Bachelor or Master degree in a technical area
- Enjoy leadership, management and motivation of people, gaining commitment from both internal and external colleagues
- Have knowledge of products and processes in similar technologies/industries to the company
- Have knowledge of principles and processes for providing high quality field service to customers
- Can show experience in Technical Service Management supporting capital goods ideally in the food industry
- Have solid communication skills in English and Dutch
