You will be a key guardian of service standards, ensuring that every partner operates in line with agreed policies and expectations. Your insight will help identify not only gaps, but also meaningful opportunities for improvement and cost optimisation. Through your audits, you will strengthen trust between Goodyear and its service partners, creating a more aligned and transparent ecosystem. You will also play a vital role in ensuring fleet customers receive consistent, high-quality service experiences every day. Ultimately, your contribution will help build a smarter, more efficient and more reliable service network.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Conduct regular audits of fleet and service providers to assess service quality and policy compliance.</li><li>Monitor and analyse service KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities</li><li>Review casing processes, including FOS data accuracy, removal reasons, and tread depth validation.</li><li>Ensure adherence to fitment policies, tyre husbandry standards, and pressure maintenance requirements.</li><li>Support onboarding of new PPK fleet vehicles, including inspections and account setup readiness.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver service level expectations and operational improvements.</li><li>Promote adoption and correct use of Goodyear systems and tools (e.g., eJob, FleetHub, SL24, Work To Do List).</li><li>Recommend and support implementation of service improvement actions and cost-saving initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as part of the role.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in tyre services, commercial vehicle tyre management, or retail operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of commercial vehicles and trailers.</li><li>Confident analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.</li><li>Clear and effective communication style, with the ability to build strong working relationships.</li><li>Comfortable working with digital tools, systems, and new technologies in fleet management.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes and service quality.</li></ul><p></p><p>Note: We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
