Over Asus Emmen
Asus Holland B.V. in Emmen is het service hoofdkantoor voor Europa, Midden-Oosten en Afrika (EMEA). Vanuit deze locatie beheren wij de kwaliteit en voortgang van onze service partners en onze callcenterpartners. Verder beheren wij een groot magazijn, versturen wij computeronderdelen naar al onze service partners, repareren en testen wij Asus producten en hebben we een callcenter voor consumenten in de Benelux. Met ruim 150 medewerkers, het hoofdkantoor in Taiwan en meer dan 25 nationaliteiten werkzaam in Emmen bieden wij een zeer dynamische en internationale werkomgeving.
Wat is de positie?
Als Test Operator maak je deel uit van de afdeling Engineering. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het testen, her-testen en analyseren van notebooks die ter reparatie worden aangeboden. Je werkt volgens een gestructureerd stappenplan om fouten tot een minimum te beperken en de hoogste kwaliteit te waarborgen.
Omdat je werkt met producten van onze klanten, is het cruciaal dat er niets verloren gaat. Daarom registreer je elk product nauwkeurig in onze systemen en documenteer je alle uitgevoerde tests en acties. Geen ervaring? Geen probleem! Wij bieden uitgebreide training om je de benodigde testvaardigheden bij te brengen.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt affiniteit en ervaring met het veld van ICT en/of hardware (vereiste);
- Je werkt zorgvuldig;
- Je bent gemotiveerd;
- Een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal is een vereiste.

What is the position?
As a Test Operator, you will be an integral part of the Engineering department. Your primary responsibilities include testing, re-testing, and analyzing notebooks that are submitted for repair. You will follow a meticulous step-by-step plan to minimize errors and ensure the highest quality of work.
Given that you will be working with customers' products, it is critical that nothing gets misplaced. Therefore, you will be responsible for accurately recording each product in the system and documenting all actions taken during the testing process.
No prior work experience? No problem! We will provide the necessary training to equip you with the skills needed to perform your duties effectively.
Who are you?
- You have an interest for and experience in the field of ICT and/or hardware (requirement).
- You work carefully;
- You are motivated;
- You are fluent speaking in the English language, both written and oral.
