As a Growth Marketer for B2B, you'll help us grow our supply side: the amazing moving companies that power our platform. You'll turn growth strategies into hands-on campaigns and experiments across the full funnel. This includes supporting digital acquisition, running lifecycle campaigns, working with marketing automation, and contributing to data-driven growth initiatives. - Execute acquisition and lifecycle campaigns, and make optimizations to reduce onboarding and lifecycle friction.
- Turn strategy into campaigns, experiments, and make recommendations on improvements based on customer insights.
- Adapt and improve existing playbooks.
- Leverage HubSpot to build segments, lists, email journeys, workflows, and win-back campaigns.
- Monitor funnel conversion, cohort/segment performance, campaign results and tests, and build reports to assist with decision making on next steps.
- Handle budgets and propose reallocations or pauses based on performance.
- Collaborate with Product, BI, and Customer Success teams, turning marketing needs into briefs to keep stakeholders informed on progress and dependencies.
- Experience in growth marketing or a data-driven B2B marketing role, with a track record of campaign execution and performance optimization.
- Ability to work across the funnel (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention) and support decision-making on prioritization of opportunities, including when to test, scale, or pause initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation, including setting up, running, and improving lifecycle campaigns.
- Operational proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot CRM reporting.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Clear communication skills: you're able to translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- A proactive, curious mindset with eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-changing environment.
