- You are practical. You understand that a good product is not just how it looks, but how it is produced.
- You are okay with structure not being perfect yet, and you can help improve it over time.
What the role looks like
You will start working closely with us and executing tasks with guidance. Over time, you will take ownership of parts of the product development process and reduce the load on the team.
If you perform well, this role can grow into a key position within the company. There will also be room to help shape new products and contribute your own ideas to future collections.
Level
We are open to both:
- Mid-level candidates who can work independently on packaging and products
- Junior candidates with strong fundamentals who are eager to learn and grow quickly
Location
Preferably based in the Netherlands and able to work from the office regularly.
Remote within the EU is possible for the right candidate.
How to apply
Reply here or send us your application at [email protected] and send us:
- Your portfolio (packaging work is strongly preferred)
- A short message about why this role fits you
If your profile matches, we will schedule a first interview. If we are both enthusiastic afterward, we will ask you to complete a small practical assignment focused on packaging and production.
