We are looking for a Demand & Supply Chain Manager who thrives on complex planning challenges, knows how to motivate teams, and is passionate about driving customer satisfaction.
What will you be doing?
As Demand & Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the entire process surrounding Coating & Converting planning, material planning, order processing, warehousing, and inventory management. You will lead three teams: planning, internal logistics, and warehouse. In addition, you will represent the department on the Management Team and maintain relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
Your key responsibilities
- Managing, coaching, and supporting team leaders within the department;
- Ensuring efficient inventory and material planning;
- Coordinating internal logistics processes and warehouse management;
- Improving safety within the supply chain;
- Identifying bottlenecks, setting priorities, and initiating improvements;
- Maintaining regular contact with the Corporate SC (headquarters in Norway) and Elopak’s Market Unit/Region team;
Responsible for team development, staff planning, and budget management.

What do you bring to the table?
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field;
- Proven experience in a managerial role within supply chain/logistics;
- Experience with complex planning systems is a plus;
- Proficiency with MS Office and SAP;
Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
