Voor onze nieuwe heated workout studio in Eindhoven zoeken we energieke fitness instructrices die motiverende full-body groepslessen kunnen neerzetten. Denk: muziek-gedreven, 33 graden, stevige mat workout — met slimme opties voor elk niveau.

Wat ga je doen?
Als groepsles instructrice ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het geven van kwalitatieve en inspirerende lessen op de mat:
- Geven van full-body sculpt workouts volgens het concept van de studio
- Een high-energy sfeer creëren: duidelijk coachen, tempo bewaken, mensen 'aan' zetten
- Deelnemers begeleiden met goede cues en techniekcorrecties
- Voorbereiden van de les (op tijd aanwezig, set-up, muziek/flow)
- Samenwerken met studio team om de totale beleving top te maken
- Feedback en bijzonderheden van klanten signaleren en doorgeven
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je hebt ervaring als fitness/groepsles docent
- Ervaring met hot training is een pré, maar geen must
- Je bent enthousiast, professioneel en klantgericht
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
- Je straalt energie uit en weet mensen te motiveren
- Je woont (bij voorkeur) in of rondom Eindhoven
- Ervaring in hospitality, sport of retail is een pré, maar geen must
- Nederlands spreken is een pré, maar geen must
- Goed Engels spreken is wel een must

What will you do?
As a group class instructor, you are responsible for delivering high-quality and inspiring mat-based classes:
- Deliver full-body sculpt workouts according to the studio’s concept
- Create a high-energy atmosphere: provide clear coaching, control the pace, and switch people “on”
- Guide participants with proper cues and technique corrections
- Prepare the class (arrive on time, set up, music/flow)
- Collaborate with the studio team to create an outstanding overall experience
- Identify and communicate client feedback and any special notes
Who are we looking for?
- You have experience as a fitness/group class instructor
- Experience with hot training is a plus, but not required
- You are enthusiastic, professional, and client-focused
- You can work independently and take responsibility
- You bring positive energy and know how to motivate others
- You preferably live in or around Eindhoven
- Experience in hospitality, sports, or retail is a plus, but not required
- Speaking Dutch is a plus, but not required
- Fluent English is required
Newly qualified instructors or instructors currently in training are also very welcome to apply!
