To support this ambition, we're looking for a Product Owner to join our Technology team and drive our QA Platform. In this role, you will help build, scale, and embed a quality-first culture across our digital landscape, ensuring our teams have the vision, tools, processes, and capabilities needed to deliver high-quality products at speed.
As a Product Owner, you will lead our QA Platform vision and roadmap, driving quality initiatives across more than 30 product teams at Kramp. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our testing strategy, accelerating test automation, and enabling teams with the right tools, frameworks, and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
Acting as a trusted partner, coach, and advocate for quality, you will collaborate closely with other product teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownership. By sharing your expertise and influencing ways of working, you will empower teams to build quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.
Together with our technology organization, you will help create reliable, scalable, and customer-centric products, ensuring exceptional digital experiences for customers across Europe while supporting Kramp's ambition to grow and innovate at scale.
Establish and track measurable KPIs to evaluate platform quality, stability, security, cost efficiency, adoption, and developer satisfaction.
Own and prioritize the QA Platform team’s backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
Collaborate closely with developers, platform teams, QA architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and drive platform improvements.
Ensure QA platform implementations contribute to overall platform quality, reliability, stability, and operational excellence.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to QA platform initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Additionally, you will working closely with our QA Platform Lead to build, scale, and lead the QA Platform Team, taking ownership of the platform's vision, strategy, and delivery.
You will empower and enable product teams across Kramp by providing automation frameworks, testing tools, and best practices, while driving a quality-first culture throughout the organization.
Defining the roadmap and priorities for the QA Platform, ensuring alignment with business and engineering objectives.
Driving the adoption and effective use of test automation tools across Kramp (such as Playwright, BrowserStack, and related technologies).
Driving the process of optimizing test environments, tooling, test data management, and quality processes.
Building and supporting the QA Platform Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Strong product management and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, influence decision-making, and align cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization about QA initiatives.
Passionate about driving change and inspiring others to embrace new ideas, technologies, and ways of working. Skilled in prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, stakeholder input, and organizational priorities.
Experience or exposure to test data management, test environment management, and quality engineering practices at scale. Proven success in enabling enterprise-wide test automation, quality governance, and continuous improvement across multiple product and engineering teams.
