Due to our growth ambitions and increasing marketing and communication activities, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Marketing Specialist Europe to support and further develop our marketing department.
Our organization is currently in a growth phase, requiring increased professionalism in marketing communication, online visibility, and sales support while continuing to strengthen relationships with our dealers and distributors throughout Europe.

Your Impact:
As Marketing Specialist Europe, you play an important role in increasing the visibility of IQ Power Tools throughout Europe.
You will support our sales organization, the marketing team in the USA, dealers, and distributors with professional marketing activities and help ensure our products are effectively presented to the right audiences.
You will also play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to the growth of IQ Power Tools across Europe.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting marketing and communication activities across Europe
- Creating content for online and offline marketing channels
- Providing marketing support to dealers and distributors
- Increasing brand awareness within the construction and tile industries
What Will You Do?
You will support and execute a wide range of marketing activities for the European market.
In addition, you will:
- Manage our social media channels
- Create newsletters, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update the company EU website
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and presentations
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Assist in organizing trade shows, events, and product demonstrations
- Support email marketing campaigns
- Create and edit photos, videos, and other visual content
- Support dealers and distributors with marketing materials and promotional activities
- Monitor marketing performance and provide improvement recommendations
- Take ownership of selected marketing projects from concept to execution
- Work closely with the European sales team at shows or in the field
You will have significant independence and the opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape our marketing activities and the department.

Priorities During the First 6–12 Months
- Quickly gain a strong understanding of our products, customers, and markets
- Increase the online visibility of IQ Power Tools across Europe further
- Develop and expand content for the European market
- Support trade shows, events, and product demonstrations
- Improve marketing support for dealers and distributors
- Contribute to growth within the tile and construction sectors
Who Are We Looking For?
- MBO+/Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing-related role
- Experience with social media, content creation, and digital marketing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, or CRM systems is considered a plus
- Affinity with technical products, construction, or power tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

- Dutch (fluent)
