About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a trainee clinical writer. In this role, you will support the development and creation of a range of clinical and regulatory documents.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in life sciences who is eager to grow their career in clinical writing within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support clinical document preparation
- Assist in drafting and editing clinical evaluation plans and reports, post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) plans and reports, and periodic safety update reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D, to collect relevant data and insights.
2. Conduct literature reviews
- Research and review scientific literature to support clinical documentation.
- Summarize findings clearly and concisely.
3. Ensure quality and compliance
- Support the review process to ensure documents meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Check documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
4. Team collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience with writing and literature research during studies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
