Workspace 365 is looking for an experienced and independent AI/Python Engineer who wants to help us build and improve Kelly, our AI digital guide.
Kelly is designed to support employees in their day-to-day work by helping them find information, complete tasks and get the right support faster. In this role, you’ll work on AI-driven features for Workspace 365’s flagship product, with a strong focus on LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering and scalable Python development.
You won’t just be writing code. You’ll help shape how AI is used inside our product, how Kelly connects to different data sources, and how we make AI useful, reliable and simple for real users.
