Job Purpose | People Operation Partner - IMRES (Netherlands)
In this challenging position you focus on our workforce as internal customers, and strive continuously for a great employee experience, using technology, and data-driven approaches. Accuracy, confidentiality, discretion, and delivery on promises are key. You are HRIS savvy, and embrace innovation. Topics in this role include: HR administration (including temporary workers), compliance & governance, absenteeism, compensation & benefits, and onboarding. Working closely with our Sr. Manager People & Culture, People & Culture Business Partner, and Office administrator to run the P&C Operations for our employees at Imres.
Responsibilities and activities:
Collaboration & communication:
· You communicate effectively across different levels and teams and you are comfortable presenting and providing day-to-day operational human resources support
· You are the go-to person for employees with regard to generic HR queries, and provide HR advisory service to managers on disciplinary, grievance, employee relations issues.
· Support team leads with our talent acquisition activities e.g. job interviews, and ensure a smooth and engaging on-boarding of new employees
· You proactively seek input from others, you listen to different perspectives and exercise individual discretion and judgment to reach (team) goals
Projects and administration
· Operational excellence; you have a structured approach to projects, and you have an eye for detail, and analytical mindset
· Has strong data integrity and ability to gather insights for work improvements, and increase efficiencies
· You demonstrate self-awareness, and ensure employee data is up to date and that information is available to support business planning and decision making
Customer engagement:
· You understand and utilize the greater team/ business context and the fundamentals important to the impact of their work and engagement
· Co-ordinate onboarding & offboarding including induction process, administration of onboarding and exit surveys and interviews, etc.
· Working with our external payroll partner and internal Finance team, manage payroll process and interact with various external stakeholders, agencies, and with relevant authorities in Netherlands.
Your profile
· Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an operative HR role
· Profound knowledge of HRIS, and relevant experience in people operations managing full-employee life cycle e.g. employee experience, and administrative efficiency via technology
· Good knowledge of Dutch legislation (labour law, health & safety) & regulation (HR compliance)
· Dutch and English language skills (spoken and written)
· You are solutions oriented , ability to work on multiple projects independently, and are able to prioritise and work to deadlines and deal with ambiguity
