Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement processes ensuring continuity of supply and alignment with business needs.
Lead supplier selection (RFI/RFQ), negotiations, contracts.
Build and manage supplier relationships & performance.
Support standardization of procurement processes and tools.
Contribute to spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier risk assessment.
Drive cost optimization while ensuring quality/compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Ops, Finance, SC, Quality).
Use SAP and reporting tools for operations & KPI tracking.
Prepare reports and monitor procurement KPIs.
Contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Procurement, SC, Business, Administration, Engineering or related).
3–6 years’ experience in procurement/sourcing and supply chain preferably in an industrial or international environment.
Solid experience in sourcing, negotiations, contract and supplier relationship management.
Knowledge of S2C and P2P processes.
Strong analytical skills and good understanding of financial aspects relevant to procurement.
ERP experience (ideally SAP); Power BI/Power Apps a plus.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and locations.
Strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to support change in a dynamic business environment.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent English (Dutch is a plus).
Willingness to work onsite/hybrid in the Netherlands.
